How do I return my glasses?
You can easily return the products by following the following instructions.
For nordic countries (NO, SE, FI)
You can easily return your order by following the steps in our return portal. You can find it here: Return portal
For Australia, Switzerland, the UK & the US
Please contact our customer service so they can help you with your return.
Include the following information:
- Your order number
- Information about the products you want to return
For other countries (DE; AT; NL; BE; FR)
Click HERE to create a return label and follow the steps in the portal. Choose "return" if you are returning the glasses only. Choose "exchange" if you want to exchange the glasses. Then print out the return label should this be necessary.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund you using the same method you used to pay for your original order.
When returning your order, please ensure the products are in the same condition as they were delivered and use the original box or equivalent packaging that properly protects the product(s).
Have you chosen Klarna as your payment method?
Then you can pre-register your return with them. Your invoice will be suspended while we process your return. You can easily do this via the Klarna app or the Klarna Website.

Contact our customer service if you wish to exchange a 2-for-1 offer.
In case of a return, the customer is responsible to cover the shipping costs. However, exchanges are free of charge.
