How do I return my glasses?

  • Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with GLAS products, which is why we offer easy and completely free exchanges so that you can be sure you are choosing the right pair. You have the right to cancel your purchase, regardless of the reason, within 30 days. Please follow the instructions below to register your return.

    When returning your order, please ensure the products are in the same condition as they were delivered and use the original box or equivalent packaging that properly protects the product(s).

    Have you chosen Klarna as your payment method?

    Then you can pre-register your return with them. Your invoice will be suspended while we process your return. You can easily do this via the Klarna app or the Klarna Website.
