I have not received an order confirmation.

  • If you have placed an order with us but did not receive an order confirmation within 3 hours after placing the order it could be due to the following reasons:

    - The order confirmation has ended up in your spam folder.
    - You might have entered the wrong e-mail address.
    - Placing the order might not have been successful.

    Contact our customer service in case you can not find an order confirmation. Please do this before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.
