If you wish to exchange one or more of your received goods for another, you can easily do so through our return portal which you can find here and then select the reason for return.

You will then be able to choose if you want to exchange or only return your product. If you want to make an exchange, you choose which product you wish to exchange for.

If you have used a discount code, please contact us using the form at the bottom right and we will assist you.

If you placed your original order as part of a campaign or with a specific discount code, please contact our customer service and they will help you keep the promotion.

Please note❗️The glasses you want to exchange need to be in the same condition it was when received.
